Q:

How do I place an order?

A:

We only take orders via our website and all other marketplace websites. We don’t offer an over the phone service at present, however this is something we are looking into.

Q:

What condition will my plant arrive in ?

A:

Because we use fast dispatch and fast delivery your plants should be looking perky when you receive them. During winter months please always remember that certain plants are deciduous and dormant. They may not look at there very best during these months but when Spring comes round they will flourish again for the new year.

Never forget if you are not happy with the plants you receive let us know and we will be more than happy to resolve.

What is Next Working Day Delivery?

A:

Our Next Working Day Delivery means fast delivery and a quality product at a great price. Order before 1.00pm Monday to Friday, and you will receive the plant the next working day. Note that Working Day means Monday – Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays both regional and national, this because of couriers working.

 

Q:

If I order today when will it arrive?

A:

If you are ordering before 1pm Monday – Friday from our Next  Working Day Delivery Service, these plants will arrive the next working day.

Standard Delivery of our plants will arrive within 2-5 days if ordered before 1.00pm.

Q:

How do i resolve any issues i may have

A:

We are 100% committed to sorting any issues you may have with our deliveries. We can be contacted on by email at info@carbethplants.co.uk or if you made the purchase via any of the selling channels – Amazon, eBay, B&Q and Etsy, it is best to contact us through that.

Q:

What if I am not happy with the plant?

A:

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee. We will usually ask for a picture of the plant and then we will offer a refund. You being happy with your plant is our mission so if you have any problems please let us know.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

A:

If you need to cancel your order for any reason there are varying time limits depending on what shipping option you’ve chosen:

  • Next Working Day Delivery – 30 minutes after placing your order
  • Standard Delivery – 60 minutes after placing your order

This is due to the fast dispatch we strive to deliver on our orders.

Please email us at info@carbethplants.co.uk and ensure the subject line states CANCELATION.

The Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) for E.U. Countries: under the CRD, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of certain items at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods your ordered. You are obliged to return the item to our UK nursery within 14 days of cancellation, at your cost. We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the items. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received all (not part) of your order. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery.

Q:

What is environmentally friendly packaging?

A:

If  you wish to choose environmentally friendly packaging this is all packaging that can either be recycled or is compostable. We will pay 70% of the additional cost on this addon. We are striving to within one year transition to 100% environmentally friendly packaging across all products.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

A:

We regret that we are no longer able to process any orders for delivery outside the UK.

Q:

Will I get a confirmation email?

A:

Yes, if you have provided us with an email address at the time of order then you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email when your order has been despatched.

Please note, even if you have opted out of receiving our emails containing all the latest news and exclusive offers, you will still receive emails relating to your order.
