How do I place an order?

A:

We only take orders via our website and all other marketplace websites. We don’t offer an over the phone service at present, however this is something we are looking into.

Q:

What condition will my plant arrive in ?

A:

Because we use fast dispatch and fast delivery your plants should be looking perky when you receive them. During winter months please always remember that certain plants are deciduous and dormant. They may not look at there very best during these months but when Spring comes round they will flourish again for the new year.

Never forget if you are not happy with the plants you receive let us know and we will be more than happy to resolve.

What is Next Day Delivery Plants?

A:

Our Next Day Delivery Plants selection is our on version of Amazon Prime. This means fast delivery and a quality product at a great price. In 98% of cases if ordered before 2.00pm, and you will receive the plant the next working day, worst case the day after. If this doesn’t happen we will offer a full refund.

The plants selected for this range also tend to be a much larger plant than what is typically found in mail order plants and the rest of our range. The plants you will receive will be more like the size of a plant you would pick up in a garden centre, only difference is we will deliver it right to your front door.

If I order today when will it arrive?

A:

If you are ordering before 2pm from our Next Day Delivery Plants selection or spending over £40, these plants will arrive the next working day.

Standard Delivery of our plants will arrive within 3-4 days if ordered before 2.00pm.

Q:

How do i resolve any issues i may have

A:

We are 100% committed to sorting any issues you may have with our deliveries. We can be contacted on our telephone number 0141 286 1655 or if you made the purchase via any of the selling channels – Amazon, eBay and Etsy, it is best to contact us through that.

Q:

What if I am not happy with the plant?

A:

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee. We will usually ask for a picture of the plant and then we will offer a refund. You being happy with your plant is our mission so if you have any problems please let us know.

Q:

Can I amend or cancel my order?

A:

If you would like to amend or cancel an order this is no problem. You must contact us via telephone to do this before 2pm on the same day you order. Once the plant has been dispatched you would need to receive the parcel and we would then need to have it sent back. We will always accommodate and make sure you are happy with the resolution.

Q:

What is environmentally friendly packaging?

A:

If  you wish to choose environmentally friendly packaging this is all packaging that can either be recycled or is compostable. We will pay 70% of the additional cost on this addon. We are striving to within one year transition to 100% environmentally friendly packaging across all products.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

A:

We regret that we are no longer able to process any orders for delivery outside the UK.

Q:

Will I get a confirmation email?

A:

Yes, if you have provided us with an email address at the time of order then you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email when your order has been despatched.

Please note, even if you have opted out of receiving our emails containing all the latest news and exclusive offers, you will still receive emails relating to your order.
