STANDARD DELIVERY

FREE standard delivery on all orders.
2-5 working days for delivery
Including Mainland Great Britain.
Orders placed before 8am we strive to dispatch same day, Mon – Fri.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

£3.90 for orders under £50

FREE orders over £50

Including Mainland Great Britain.
Orders placed before 1pm Mon – Fri will arrive next working day. (excludes weekends, bank holidays reginal & national)

Please note due to couriers using third party companies in remote locations, such as Scottish Highlands we cannot guarantee Next Working Day.

NORTHERN IRELAND & ISLANDS

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Due to increased demand at this time we cannot guarantee we can intercept orders to change the address.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At this time we currently cannot deliver out with the UK.

RETURNS

To begin the return process we ask if you first reach out to our customer service team on email at info@carbethplants.co.uk

In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days to return an item once you have received it. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Once your return has been accepted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging when you return it.

Please note that return postage is not covered unless otherwise stated in communications with us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Note any refunds can take 5-10 days depending on your payment method.

CANCELLATION

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have fourteen days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of tailor-made/customised products).

Order cancellations must be made in writing to our Customer Services quoting your order number by email via info@carbethplants.co.uk. In this case, we will provide a full refund once you have returned the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive goods that are damaged, please inspect them carefully upon delivery. If the box is damaged beyond an acceptable state in transit and requires a signature, please request the driver to sign the delivery as “damaged” and you can refuse the delivery, and ask the courier to return it back to us, then, contact us as soon as possible by info@carbethplants.co.uk.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund for the damaged goods. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage in order to process your claim.
