Vitis Fruit Plant - Great for UK Climates
- Vitis 'Boskoop Glory' is a hardy seedless grape. It will produce an abundance of succulent blue-black, medium to large grapes in the Summer. The fruit from this plant is excellent for the amateur wine producers amongst us. Once cropping has finished, the Autumn coloured foliage is a real ornamental treat.
- Due to their nature, grape plants have a natural climbing habit and will require formal training up a wall or structure. Grapes are very hungry plants and require considerable amounts of nitrogen to support the large amount of growth. Regular applications of high nitrogen fertiliser should be applied three or four times a year starting in mid-April.
- PLEASE NOTE - As this plant is deciduous, at certain times of the year your plant will arrive without any growth on it.

Best Growing Conditions
When grown outdoors they prefer a sheltered spot in a South facing location but can grow in all areas except for the extreme North. This vine prefers to be grown in well draining neutral or slightly alkaline humus rich soil. They can also be grown in a greenhouse.
