Carbeth Plants works with Royal Mail, Evri and DX to deliver your order.

Delivery Options and Charges

We offer a number of delivery options at checkout so customers can choose the service that best suits their needs.

Standard Delivery (Evri)

Our standard delivery service is provided by Evri and costs £4.99.

Express Delivery (Evri)

An express delivery option is available for £6.99.

Free Delivery Offer (Evri Only)

We offer free standard delivery on orders over £40 or free next day delivery (NDD) during promotional periods.
Please note: these free delivery offers apply to Evri services only.


Alternative Delivery (Royal Mail)

For customers who prefer an alternative carrier, Royal Mail services are also available at checkout for an additional charge.

Royal Mail is offered as a premium alternative to our standard Evri service.

Promotional Delivery Offer

From time to time we may run delivery promotions. During these periods, upgraded delivery services may be offered at the price of a lower-tier service.
For example, during our current promotion customers may receive Express delivery at the Standard delivery price. Where this applies, the promotional price will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Availability

All delivery options are subject to availability depending on the delivery postcode and order cut-off times.

Northern Ireland & Islands Delivery

£5.99 on all orders

Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days 

Orders placed before 8am (Mon–Fri) – we aim to dispatch same day, excluding bank holidays

Changing Shipping Address

Due to increased demand at this time, we cannot guarantee that orders can be intercepted or amended once placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout.

International Delivery

Currently, we are unable to deliver outside the UK.

Returns

We do not offer free returns for unwanted or unsuitable items.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@carbethplants.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Please note: Live plants are perishable goods. Where items are returned following extended transit, delays, or issues outside of our control, refunds may be refused if the condition of the plant cannot be guaranteed.

 

Cancellation

In line with UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it excluding customised or perishable goods once dispatched.

To cancel, please email us at info@carbethplants.co.uk quoting your order number. 

  • A full refund will be issued once cancelled items are returned to us. 
  • If items are not returned, we may arrange collection at your cost. 

 

Goods Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your parcel is visibly damaged: 

  • Request the courier to mark the delivery as “damaged” or refuse delivery. 
  • Contact us immediately at info@carbethplants.co.uk. 
  • We may require photographic evidence to process your claim. 
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
