Standard Delivery (Evri)
Our standard delivery service is provided by Evri and costs £4.99.
Express Delivery (Evri)
Free Delivery Offer (Evri Only)
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £40 or free next day delivery (NDD) during promotional periods.
Please note: these free delivery offers apply to Evri services only.
Alternative Delivery (Royal Mail)
For customers who prefer an alternative carrier, Royal Mail services are also available at checkout for an additional charge.

Changing Shipping Address
Due to increased demand at this time, we cannot guarantee that orders can be intercepted or amended once placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout.
International Delivery
Currently, we are unable to deliver outside the UK.
Returns
We do not offer free returns for unwanted or unsuitable items.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@carbethplants.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item
- Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Please note: Live plants are perishable goods. Where items are returned following extended transit, delays, or issues outside of our control, refunds may be refused if the condition of the plant cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation
In line with UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it excluding customised or perishable goods once dispatched.
To cancel, please email us at info@carbethplants.co.uk quoting your order number.
- A full refund will be issued once cancelled items are returned to us.
- If items are not returned, we may arrange collection at your cost.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your parcel is visibly damaged:
- Request the courier to mark the delivery as “damaged” or refuse delivery.
- Contact us immediately at info@carbethplants.co.uk.
- We may require photographic evidence to process your claim.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
