Real Christmas Trees

Bring home the magic of Christmas with our beautiful range of real pot grown Christmas trees, freshly nurtured and ready to bring long lasting festive charm to your home. Unlike cut trees, pot grown Christmas trees are grown in their pots from seed, giving them a strong, healthy root system and exceptional needle retention. Each tree is specially selected in the UK for its shape, colour and traditional Christmas fragrance - perfect for cosy indoor displays!

Your Guide to Choosing the Perfect Real Christmas Tree

Few things capture the magic of the season like a real Christmas tree. From the moment it’s set up, it transforms your home with fragrance, greenery, and a sense of tradition that artificial trees simply can’t match. When it comes to finding your perfect match, the first step is deciding between a pot-grown tree or a freshly cut classic.

Pot-Grown vs Fresh Cut

Pot-Grown: Can be replanted after Christmas, making them eco-friendly and ideal for creating a lasting tradition.
Fresh Cut: Loved for their classic aroma and fuller branches—perfect for indoor decorating.

Festive Timing Guide

Pot-Grown: Best introduced to your home from late November, as they cope better with a longer festive stay.
Fresh Cut: Ideally brought in from early December to keep them fresh right through Christmas Day and into the New Year.

Choosing between pot-grown and fresh cut trees depends on what you want from your festive centrepiece. Pot-grown trees offer lasting life in the garden, while fresh cut trees bring fullness and fragrance into your home. Whichever you choose, a real Christmas tree makes the season feel truly alive.

Tips for Decorating and Caring for Your Christmas Tree

With the right care and a few thoughtful touches, your Christmas tree can stay fresh, beautiful, and truly festive throughout the season. Follow these easy tips to help your Christmas tree shine all season long:

  • Use a sturdy stand with a deep water reservoir for fresh cut trees.
  • Keep away from radiators or fireplaces to avoid premature drying.
  • Water regularly—yes, real Christmas trees need water daily.
  • Go light on ornaments if you're using a real Christmas tree in a pot.
  • Use a tree skirt or basket to hide the base and catch fallen needles.

For an extra festive touch, pair your tree with potted plants, fresh moss, or seasonal foliage to create a nature-inspired display.

Fresh cut trees last 3–4 weeks with care; pot grown trees can live much longer indoors before being replanted outside.
Water daily, keep it away from heat sources, and avoid letting the base dry out. A cool room extends its freshness.
Not if they’re locally and responsibly grown—like ours. Pot grown Christmas trees are reusable, and cut trees are often composted or recycled.
Rarely, and if so, they’re dormant and harmless. A gentle shake before bringing indoors helps ensure nothing hitches a ride inside.
