• Oak is a hardwood renowned for its heavy and dense structure, deep ridged dark brown bark and rough to the touch texture, making it an ideal firewood. Burning fairly slowly, Oak has a slightly sweet undertones that are akin to vanilla and generates a lot of heat when burned, creating a continuous source of warmth even when only embers are left.
• Our wood logs are eco friendly and sourced from well managed woodlands, FSC® certified. Meaning you receive high quality, chunky cut firewood that is safe for using indoors for lighting wood burners, fireplaces and stoves. As well as using outdoors in firepits, stone pizza ovens, chimineas and BBQs.
• With our kiln dried logs, you will receive a cleaner hotter burn with less ash and smoke compared to that of air dried wood. Our firewood logs are compliant with 2020 Air Quality Regulations, ensuring a low moisture content of 10% or less. This means no more struggling to get your fire going, hello to a cleaner, hotter burn.
• Our chunky wood logs are easy to ignite, store and handle arriving in a strong cardboard box. Available in varying weights from 10kg to a full crate weighing 430kg, giving an ample supply to keep your home consistently warm.
