- The Arbutus unedo Rubra is a large bushy evergreen shrub/tree with dark green leathery looking ovate leaves. It produces clusters of rosy-pink lantern shaped flowers in Autumn, while the previous years flowers turn into red strawberry like fruit.
- The Arbutus unedo Rubra is perfect for a variety of gardens including coastal gardens and sheltered woodland areas due to it being very low maintenance. It has received a RHS Award of Garden Merit and is perfect for bringing pollinating insects into your garden.
