Armeria Splendens: Compact, evergreen perennial with neat clumps of grassy foliage.
Flowering: Produces masses of bright pink, globe-shaped flowers on slender stems in late spring and summer.
Growth: Thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, ideal for rock gardens, coastal gardens, and edging.
Low Maintenance: Hardy, drought and salt tolerant once established. Excellent for rock gardens, coastal sites, gravel beds, and border edging.
Autumn Planting: Supplied as bare root, ready to plant directly in borders, containers, or rockeries in Autumn, ready for Spring/Summer.
Prefers full sun for best flowering and compact growth.
Keep the soil consistently moist during the first growing season. Once established, water when the top inch of soil is dry. Avoid overwatering.
Well-drained, sandy or gritty soils are ideal; tolerates poor soil.
