Lovely Fairy is a compact low growing polyantha shrub rose bush that produces clusters of small deep fuchsia pink ruffled double petalled flowers with a paler pink centre, during the months of June to October. This bright coloured flowering outdoor rose plant in a 14cm pot, is weather and wind resistant, ideal for growing in UK gardens. It is ready for planting outdoor now.

This deciduous ground cover rose loved by pollinating insects in particular bees and butterflies, is very low maintenance and ideal for growing in a variety of locations including city, courtyard and cottage style gardens in patio pots, containers, rockery alpine beds or borders. It copes in a sheltered or exposed sunny planting location in a variety of soil conditions.

Best Growing Conditions

To prolong flowering, regularly deadheading of any spent blooms is advised to help encourage new growth. After this rose has finished flowering it should be pruned and cut back lightly in Autumn, with a harder prune recommended in late February or March.
