  • Strawberry Flamenco, a British creation, is an everbearing variety celebrated for its extended fruiting period and dependable yields. It begins producing in mid-July and continues through September, sometimes even into October. The berries are large, firm, and a vivid red, boasting a delightful sweetness. They stay intact on the plant, resist damage, and freeze exceptionally well, making them perfect for eating fresh, baking, jams, and other preserves.

  • This strawberry is especially good for gardens where space is at a premium, thanks to its compact growth and continuous production. Flamenco thrives in borders, raised beds, containers, and grow bags, providing a bountiful harvest throughout the season. Its blend of flavour, firmness, and productivity has made it a favourite among both amateur gardeners and seasoned professionals.

    Best Growing Conditions Plant Strawberry Flamenco in full sun in a sheltered position with fertile, well-manured, free-draining soil. Plant in autumn or late spring for best results. Water regularly during flowering and fruiting, and feed with a high-potash fertiliser to encourage continuous cropping. Remove runners if you want plants to focus energy on fruit production.
