- The Venus flytrap is a miracle of nature. People do not think of plants moving, but Venus flytrap can catch insects with its toothed modified leaves that snap shut when triggered by prey touching the tiny hairs on the inner leaf surface.
- These are one of the most famous carnivorous plants and make for an amazing house plant. The flytrap secretes a liquid to attract its prey. Once landed on the trap it will then snap shut and remain closed for up to two weeks while it gradually digests its meal.
- You will receive 2 plants in 5.5cm pots.
