  • The Brussels Sprout Mix Collection has three great types that are tasty, reliable, and can be harvested for a long time. This set has Crispus F1, Evesham Special, and Maximus F1, which are all traditional and modern sprouts that grow well and produce yields every year. They all have different tastes and harvest periods, which makes them great for a winter food garden.

  • This combination is great for allotments and home gardens since it makes firm, well-formed sprouts that taste better after a mild frost. From late fall to winter, you'll always have fresh, homegrown sprouts to roast, steam, or add to substantial recipes that are in season.

    • Light Required Full sun

    Watering Water regularly during establishment and sprout development; keep soil evenly moist.

    Best Growing Conditions Grow in a sunny, open position in fertile, well-drained soil that has been well firmed. Water regularly during dry spells and earth up stems to support tall plants. Harvest sprouts from the base upwards once they are firm and fully developed.
