Instead of the classic shape, it produces neat, round, dark green fruits that are perfect for stuffing or slicing into summer dishes. The flavour is mild and tender, especially when picked young, and they look fantastic straight from the plant to the kitchen.

  • The plants themselves are compact and bushy, so they’re ideal for smaller gardens, raised beds or even a large patio pot. They’re generous croppers too, keeping you supplied right through the season if you harvest regularly.
