  • The Green Globe Artichoke Plant is a beautiful and useful perennial vegetable. Its enormous, edible flower buds and bold architectural leaves make it a favourite. Its silver-green foliage and tremendous growth make it a lovely feature plant in the vegetable garden or ornamental border. It also gives you great homegrown food.

  • The soft artichoke hearts have a rich, nutty taste and are a real gourmet treat. You can steam, roast, or dip them. Green Globe artichokes will come back year after year after they are established. They will grow harvests in the summer and give the garden a lot of structure throughout the year.
