  • Lonicera caerulea 'Morena Honeyberry’, is a resilient little shrub that gets right to the point, producing fruit early in the season. The berries, reminiscent of blueberries, are sweet and delicious. The plant flowers early, too, with delicate, creamy-white blossoms that give way to slender blue fruits. These appear from late spring to early summer, often before strawberries are even ripe. The flavour of these berries is concentrated, making them perfect for eating fresh, baking, or preserving.

  • This compact shrub is easy to grow, making it a good option for garden borders, fruit cages, and any edible landscape. Beyond its harvest, it also has tidy green foliage, which helps keep things looking tidy throughout the growing season.
