  • Red Spring Onion Lilia is a pretty tiny plant that grows quickly and is very easy to appreciate. The thin red stems taste like fresh, mild onions. You may use them right from the garden as a simple garnish, sprinkle them on salads, or add them to stir-fries. When picked young, they are crisp and have a mild flavour that isn't too strong.

  • This type doesn't take up much area, so it's great for pots, raised beds, or fitting in between other veggies. You can harvest small amounts of it often because it grows so quickly. This will keep you stocked up for weeks.
