  • Saxifraga Alpino Early Picotee is a delightful alpine perennial, valued for its delicately edged picotee flowers that bring refined colour to the garden early in the year. Flowering from late winter into early spring, the blooms rise just above compact cushions of evergreen foliage, creating a neat and attractive display at a time when few plants are in flower.

  • This low-growing rockfoil is perfect for rockeries, alpine gardens, troughs and containers, and also works well at the front of borders or tucked into crevices between stones. Hardy and easy to grow, Saxifraga Alpino Early Picotee is ideal for adding early interest and fine detail to small garden spaces.

    Watering Water regularly during establishment; keep soil evenly moist but well drained.

    Best Growing Conditions Plant in full sun or partial shade in well-drained soil, preferably with added grit. Water lightly during dry periods, especially while flowering, but avoid waterlogging. Remove spent flowers to keep plants tidy and encourage healthy growth.
