• Cerastium tomentosum, known as Snow in Summer is a beautiful low growing flowering perennial shrub that produces white starry flowers above narrow silver grey leaves. This spreading ground covering plant creates a mat of colour that looks like swathes of snow on the ground.


• Snow in Summer is very easy to grow. This attractive plant is suitable for planting in borders, in gaps in walls, on banks and gravel gardens planting schemes. This plant dies back to below ground level each year in the Autumn, with fresh new growth appearing in Spring.
