  • Cauliflower All Year Round is a well-known type that generates huge, white curds with a mild, classic taste. The name says it all: it's bred to be flexible, so you can plant and sow at different times of the year to have crops all year round. The curds are thick and well-shaped, so you can use them in a number of different ways in the kitchen.

  • This type is great for vegetable gardens and allotments because it grows slowly and works all the time. This is a terrific choice if you want a cauliflower that you can eat raw, steamed, roasted, or in soups and curries and get good results every time.
