Carbeth Grow Club is our exclusive rewards programme for garden lovers. Earn points when you shop with us and unlock rewards, exclusive discounts, offers and other member benefits.

Create a free account and you'll be enrolled automatically. You'll start earning points from your very first qualifying order.

As a Carbeth Grow Club member, you can earn points when you shop and move through our VIP tiers as you spend. As you progress, you'll unlock additional benefits, including exclusive discounts, member emails and early access to selected offers.

Earn points on qualifying purchases, plus additional points for actions such as leaving reviews, celebrating your birthday, referring friends, and following us on social media.

Visit the rewards page from your account to see the rewards available to you. Once you have enough points, choose your reward and redeem your points to receive a discount code that you can apply at checkout.

Your points will expire 12 months after they are added to your account.

Carbeth Grow Club has four VIP tiers: Plant Pioneer, Flower Fanatic, Budding Botanist and Garden Guru. Each tier has its own additional benefits, with more available as you progress through the tiers.

Your tier is based on how much you spend over a rolling 12-month period. As you spend more, you can move up through the tiers and unlock additional benefits and rewards.

No. Your tier is based on your spend over a rolling 12-month period. To remain in your current tier, you'll need to continue meeting the annual spend requirement for that tier.

Points earned from purchases and other activities will be added to your account once the qualifying action has been completed. Some actions, such as leaving a review, may take up to 24 hours to be verified and for your points to appear.

If you return or receive a refund for an item that earned points, those points will be deducted from your points balance. The qualifying spend from the refunded item may also be deducted from your progress towards your tier.

If you've added your birthday to your account, you'll automatically receive your birthday points on the day. You'll also receive 1.5x points on qualifying purchases made on your birthday.

Know a fellow gardener who would love Carbeth Grow Club? Share your unique referral link with them. If they use your link to place a qualifying order, you'll receive 20 points as a thank you.

You can earn points on most purchases made with Carbeth Plants. Some products may be excluded from earning points, including Christmas Trees. Any exclusions will be clearly stated where applicable.
