  • Cistus Silver Pink produces delicate, soft pink flowers with a subtle yellow centre, adding a touch of elegance to borders and rock gardens.

  • This hardy evergreen shrub has attractive grey-green foliage that provides year-round interest and requires very little care. It thrives in poor, well-drained soil and sunny positions, making it perfect for coastal gardens, gravel beds, or dry borders.

  • This is a compact and bushy shrub that looks beautiful in Mediterranean-style gardens, perfect for adding colour and texture in sunny areas. The blooms also draw in bees and other beneficial insects, helping to support a healthy and wildlife-friendly garden.

Watering Water regularly after planting until the roots are established. Once settled in, the plant is relatively drought tolerant and usually only needs extra water during prolonged dry spells. Plants grown in containers will need more frequent watering than those growing in the ground.

Best Growing Conditions Grow in sun or partial shade in fertile, well-drained loam. Choose a position with good airflow and enough space for the plant to reach its mature size. Mulch after planting and keep the root zone free from prolonged waterlogging, particularly through winter.

    Top tip

Remove damaged or spent growth as it appears and keep the area around the plant free from weeds so air and light can reach the base. Good drainage is especially important, so avoid leaving the roots sitting in persistently wet or compacted soil.
