  • Heuchera ‘Alabama Sunrise’ is a really eye-catching plant that changes colour as the seasons go on, which makes it a bit more interesting than your typical foliage plant. The leaves start off in warm tones of red and orange, then gradually shift to golden yellow with hints of silver as they mature.

  • Up close, the leaves have a slightly textured feel, which adds another layer of interest. In late spring and summer, it may also produce small, delicate flowers on slender stems, but it’s really the changing foliage that makes this one stand out.

  • Once it’s settled in, it’s very easy to look after and doesn’t need much attention, making it a great choice if you want something low maintenance but still quite unique.

    • Light Required Partial shade to full shade

    Watering Water during establishment and in dry periods; keep soil evenly moist but well drained.

    Best Growing Conditions Plant in sun or partial shade with well-drained soil. It prefers a slightly sheltered spot and benefits from regular watering while it’s getting established. Remove any older leaves now and again to keep it looking fresh and tidy.
