The Mix Succulent Plants set is a hand-picked selection of small succulents in 5.5cm pots, each chosen by our grower for quality, colour and form. Pick a set of 3, 5 or 10 for an instant collection of mixed succulent plants with pots.

The mix succulent plants come with pots that make them easy to place. You can line them along a sunny windowsill or hand them out as gifts and party favours. They suit busy homes and first-time plant owners. See our full range of indoor succulent plants.

  • Sets of 3, 5 or 10: every plant comes in its own 5.5cm pot
  • Mixed types: plants are selected from a seasonal range of easy-to-grow succulent varieties
  • Seasonal selection: the exact mix depends on the time of year
  • Low maintenance: water when the compost has dried, with much less water needed in winter
  • Room to grow: repot into bigger pots for healthy long-term growth

Please note: the decorative pot shown in the images is for illustration only and is not included.

As this is a natural product, each plant is individual and may vary in shape, colour and size, so no two sets look exactly alike. The plants in your set may also differ from those in the photos

Watering Allow the compost to dry well between waterings, then water thoroughly and let all excess drain away. These plants cope better with being slightly dry than sitting in wet compost, so never leave the pot standing in water. Reduce watering significantly through the cooler, darker months.

Best Growing Conditions Grow in bright light with some gentle direct sun, ideally at around 15-24°C, away from cold draughts and sudden temperature changes. Use well-drained soil and make sure excess water can drain freely from the pot. A warm, airy position and lower humidity suit this plant better than a steamy or constantly damp room.

How do I care for mixed succulents?

When placing mix succulent plants indoors, give them a sunny windowsill and water thoroughly once the compost is dry, roughly every two weeks in spring and summer. Water very little in winter. Feed occasionally during the spring and summer growing season with a suitable cactus and succulent feed.

Which succulents will I get in my set?

The mix succulent plant varieties changes with the seasons, so it's difficult to list the exact plants in advance. The larger sets include at least five different types, each chosen by our grower for quality, colour and form. Your plants may differ from the photos.

Are these succulents safe for pets?

Because the succulent varieties in each set change with seasonal availability, we cannot guarantee that every plant supplied is suitable for a home with pets. If your cat or dog is likely to chew houseplants, keep the plants out of reach and check the individual varieties before allowing pets access to them.

Should I choose 3, 5 or 10 plants?

A set of 3 suits a small display or gift, while sets of 5 or 10 give you more plants to arrange together or separately. The larger sets also work well for sharing, party favours or wedding décor.

When should I repot my succulents?

The plants are supplied in small 5.5cm pots. When they need more room, repot into a slightly larger container using free-draining cactus and succulent compost. Avoid moving straight into a much larger pot, as excess wet compost can encourage root problems.

Top tip

Give it plenty of light and resist watering on a fixed schedule; allowing the compost to dry between waterings is usually the safest approach. Good drainage is especially important, so avoid leaving the roots sitting in persistently wet or compacted soil.
