  • Lavandula Beezee Pink - Lavandula is the most popular lavender in the UK. Quintessentially British, it is ideal as a low hedging and edging plant for rose borders and kitchen gardens. The flowers are an imperial, pink with a good balance between the height of its foliage and flower spikes.

  • Sun Lover - All lavender must have good drainage and close to full sun. They prefer poor soil and will thrive in exposed coastal sites. When established, they are pretty much totally drought-tolerant, but in the first and second year you should water them as you would any other new shrub to make sure they establish well.

  • What You Get - This is for 1 plant in a 9cm pot ready to plant. Please note may not be in flower at time of dispatch.

  • PATIO POTS - This gorgoeus variety is perfect for patio pots and garden borders.

Watering Water regularly while the plant is establishing, then allow the upper soil to dry slightly between waterings. Established Mediterranean herbs prefer free-draining conditions and generally need less water than leafy crops. Container-grown plants will still need checking frequently during warm, dry weather.

Best Growing Conditions Grow in sun or partial shade in sandy, enriched with organic matter where appropriate. Choose an open position with good airflow and enough space for the crop to mature without excessive competition. Protect tender crops from late frost and cold winds, and use greenhouse or sheltered growing conditions where the variety requires extra warmth.

Top tip

Keep growth moving steadily with consistent watering and regular picking or harvesting once produce reaches a usable size. It works particularly well in a borders setting; give it enough space and light to develop naturally rather than crowding it.
