  • This Acer Tree Mix Plant Collection brings together beautiful Japanese maples that are easy to grow and prized for their stunning seasonal colour. Acers provide an amazing splash of interest from spring right through to autumn, making them a standout feature in gardens of all sizes.

  • Included in the mix is Acer palmatum ‘Atropurpureum’, a slow-growing variety known for its finely deeply lobed red-purple foliage. The leaves hold their rich colour through the growing season before turning a brilliant scarlet in autumn, creating a striking display before falling for winter. It forms an elegant small tree with a graceful habit.

  • The deepest purple tones develop when planted in a brighter position, while foliage will appear greener in lower light, allowing flexibility in placement.
