Heat levels are a guide only. The Scoville rating and heat of individual chillies can vary depending on variety, ripeness and growing conditions.

Give your Capsicum chilli plants plenty of warmth and sunshine, water regularly and feed once flowers and fruits begin to develop. Regular picking will help encourage further fruit production.

Plant in fertile, well-drained compost and water regularly, keeping soil consistently moist. Feed weekly with a high-potash fertiliser once flowering begins and harvest fruits frequently to encourage ongoing production.
