  • A lively summer blend, bursting with colour and designed to attract pollinators, it blooms from mid-summer through early autumn. Echinacea, coreopsis and gaillardia come together to offer vibrant hues and a steady display of flowers, growing to a height of approximately 50-90cm.

  • This mix is ideal for sunny borders and gardens that welcome wildlife. Offered as bare roots in sets of 3, 6, or 9, these perennials are simple to cultivate and, once established, quite drought-resistant.

Watering Water thoroughly after planting and keep the soil evenly moist while the plant establishes. Once established, water during prolonged dry periods rather than little and often, allowing the soil to drain between waterings. Container-grown plants should be checked more frequently in warm or windy weather.

Best Growing Conditions Grow in sun or partial shade in fertile, well-drained loam. Choose a position with good airflow and enough space for the plant to reach its mature size. Mulch after planting and keep the root zone free from prolonged waterlogging, particularly through winter.

    Top tip

Remove damaged or spent growth as it appears and keep the area around the plant free from weeds so air and light can reach the base. Good drainage is especially important, so avoid leaving the roots sitting in persistently wet or compacted soil.
