If you like houseplants that are a little out of the ordinary, Euphorbia lactea 'Cristata', better known as the Coral Cactus, is a great one to add to your collection. Its unusual wavy top looks a bit like coral, with every plant growing in its own slightly different shape.
The crested growth can have shades of green, cream, pink, red, purple and yellow, so no two plants will look exactly the same. The colours and shape of the plant you receive may therefore vary naturally from the photos shown.
Supplied in a 10cm pot and approximately 15–20cm tall, it's a handy size for a windowsill, shelf or desk. Keep it somewhere warm and bright, and don't worry if you occasionally forget to water it. Let the soil dry out between waterings and give it even less during the colder months.

Best Growing Conditions Best grown in a location that gets at least four hours of full sunlight a day. Ideally in an east facing window that allows it to receive shade in the afternoons. Due to its tropical nature it likes to grow in a warm environment at 20°C. Water when the top two to four inches of soil is dry to the touch, allowing the water to drain out of the pot. Remove any excess from the saucer as this can lead to root rot. During Autumn and Winter, water lightly only every 3 to 4 weeks.
