  • The Oxalis deppei ‘Iron Cross’ is a very attractive houseplant and gets its name from the red cross pattern on the four heart-shaped velvety leaves, which have given the plant various nicknames associated with the Shamrock. It is also commonly known as the False Shamrock, the Good Luck Plant or Lucky Clovers and is a popular gift for St. Patrick’s Day.
