• The Nertera granadensis 'Astrid', commonly know as the Coral Bead Plant or the Pin Cushion Plant, is a mat forming evergreen perennial with small bright green leaves.


• It produces yellowy green bell shaped flowers during the Spring and glossy orange fruit in the Autumn and Winter.


• This plant is best kept indoors as a house plant but can go outside for short periods of time during nice weather. If put outside during nicer weather, it's important that it's brought back indoors at the first sign of rainfall.

Light Required It likes to be kept in bright but indirect sunlight to prevent scorching of it's leaves

Watering A Nertera 'Astrid' doesn't like being watered from above and prefers the Bottom Up method.
