Not only is it fragrant and flavourful, but it’s also highly versatile. Use it in drinks, teas, and desserts, as a pretty garnish, or in any recipe that calls for mint. Its ornamental appeal makes it ideal for groundcover, containers, and even hanging baskets.

  • Planting Position - Best grown in partial shade, though it will tolerate full sun. Pineapple Mint prefers moist, fertile, well-drained soil. Due to its spreading habit, it’s recommended to grow this mint in a pot or confined area to prevent it becoming invasive in borders or beds.

  • Height & Spread - Grows to a height of 10-50cm, with a spread of up to 1.5 metres. Regular pruning will help keep it compact and encourage bushier growth.
