  • Puschkinia Libanotica Alba is one of those little spring bulbs that brings a fresh, natural feel to the garden. Its delicate star-shaped white flowers appear in early spring, creating a bright and cheerful display just as the garden starts coming back to life after winter.

  • These charming flowers look beautiful planted in borders, rockeries, lawns, woodland gardens or patio containers. They have a relaxed, natural look and, once established, will gradually spread to create larger drifts of flowers, giving you more colour to enjoy each year.

  • Easy to grow and wonderfully low maintenance, they’re perfect for adding early-season interest without much effort. A lovely choice if you enjoy simple, elegant spring flowers that return year after year.

Watering Water thoroughly after planting to settle the soil around the bulbs. During active growth, water in prolonged dry spells so the soil stays lightly moist but never waterlogged. Once the foliage naturally dies back, reduce watering and allow the bulbs to rest more dryly.

Best Growing Conditions Plant in fertile, well-drained loam in partial shade to gentle sun. Choose a position that does not stay waterlogged in winter, as good drainage helps bulbs return reliably. Allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering so the bulb can store energy for the following season.

    Top tip

Allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering so the bulb can store energy for the following season. Good drainage is especially important, so avoid leaving the roots sitting in persistently wet or compacted soil.
