  • Puschkinia Libanotica, commonly known as Lebanon Striped Squill, is a delicate Spring flowering bulb that produces clusters of pale blue to white star shaped flowers, similar to bluebells. These compact, clump-forming perennials bloom in early Spring and are much loved by bees and other pollinators. Growing up to 15cm in height, they offer subtle colour and elegance to rockeries, borders, and naturalised areas.

  • Plant these Puschkinia bulbs in Autumn in fertile, well drained soil, ideally in full sun or partial shade. Space the bulbs about 8-10cm apart and plant them at a depth of 6-8cm. After planting, water well to help them settle in. Adding organic matter or mulch will improve soil structure and drainage. Once established, these hardy bulbs will naturalise easily and return with larger clumps each year.

  • Perfect for flower beds, borders, rock gardens, or around the base of deciduous shrubs and trees, Puschkinia adds a charming early-season touch. These bulbs also perform well in patio containers and can be planted in groups for a mass of delicate blooms.
