GROWING CONDITIONS - Rose bush Royal Air Force can grow to a height of 50cm-100cm and a spread of 100cm maximum in full to partial sun in rich, fertile, moist, well draining soil. It copes in a sheltered or exposed sunny planting location in a variety of soil conditions.
ONGOING CARE - To prune, start by removing all dead, diseased, damaged, weak and spindly shoots, reduce strong shoots by about one-third and if they become too large and congested they can be renovated by pruning to near ground level, 10cm from the base in late winter.
