- A wonderful perennial plant with a potent fragrance that will provide a fantastic vanilla aroma in any area of your garden.
- Sarcococca confusa, or Sweet Box, is a fairly dense, medium growing plant. It produces large, glossy green leaves.
- It creates a mass of beautiful, highly scented flowers each winter, and then transforms them into bright red berries that ripen to black over time.
- Because of its high shade tolerance, Sarcococca is a perfect addition to a shady border or woodland garden, and can even flourish in drier soils.
- You will receive one plant in a 9 cm pot.

Moderate watering
Grow in moderately fertile, moist but well-drained humus-rich soil in shade. Full sun may be tolerated when planted in damp soil. Also tolerant of atmospheric pollution, dry shade and neglect. Propagate by semi-hardwood cuttings in late summer or propagate by seed sown in containers outdoors in autumn or spring.
